Did you create your site yet?

So, you have edited your profile and setup your short bio. Now what do you do next? In your profile there are a few links. One of those links is your public profile. But, that’s not what you need at the moment. Let your curser hover over the link in the upper right hand corner of your account. Then once the links appear scroll down to where it says “Sites”. You’ll see two links in the dropdown menu that say “My Sites” and “Create sites”. Check out the pic below.

Choose a site name that best suits your interests. Whether you are a business, affiliate or a personal blogger, you can certainly blog about it here. Make sure you choose yes for the search engines. You want your site to get more traffic and to gain wider audience. Once you are sure of the name click create site. You should see a page that says Congratulations you have successfully created your site! Click your link and see if it works. You are all set to start blogging.

First time here? Well lets get you started

So, you have signed up here at Blogs at YBC. But you are not sure where to start. Well, the best place to start is your social profile. Edit your profile and profile picture. Tell us a little bit about yourself. Potential connections will follow your profile if they share your interests. For example, you have business opportunities you want to share. Why not put that information on your profile so that business opportunity seekers can follow you?

What about your blog?

Set up your blog profile so that other bloggers and readers from the outside can subscribe to your feeds. Plus, other members will continue to read your content. Blogging continues to be the most effective and valuable way of marketing to this day. People don’t just buy or sign up for things anymore. Most people are more apt to buy if you have information to share that would benefit them.
This is just a short tip to get you started. Feel free to contact me via (private message) if there are any questions.
